This location had an Amazing person trainer, His name was Garrett. Its time to hire a fully qualified person trainer, and pay them what they are worth. Its way past due to add another Pec/rear delt machine.

If you removed some of the elliptical machines and expanded the free weights area, it would be a great thing for all members. Trying to get a bench in the free weight area can be very frustrating at times. There's too many Elliptical machines, and the free weight area is much to small for a location with a high number in members. There has to be an adjustment to this policy. I have spoken with other members last summer and over the past few days. The kids hog the machines, come in, in groups and its more of a social event for them as they have plenty of time, they sit on their cell phones and have no common courtesy toward adults. So Black card members such as myself that are limited on time, can still use the gym to get an effective workout in. While I think its nice that Planet fitness offers Free memberships to kids during the summer, there should be certain hours they are allowed to use the gym, I feel that managers should have more leeway in managing their location as they see needed. However the corporate rules placed upon locations can make it difficult to address problems, and each gym can face different problems and not allowing each manager to address these problems is just red tape that should be lifted so each manager in any location can do things to solve issues than can arise.
The manager (Morgan) is very active in communicating with her members and addressing any problems a member could experience and she resolves them quickly. The gym is kept quite clean considering how many members this location has, its cleaner than other Planet fitness locations I have visited, Locally and in different states.
